Cancellation Policy
Purpose: To honor our time, energy, and preparation while keeping the work accessible and respectful.
24-hour window for full refund. Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours before your appointment for a full refund.
Less than 24 hours: We’ll reschedule your session to the next available time. If you prefer to switch to another offering of equal value, you may do so.
No refunds after service is provided. Once a session or group event has taken place, fees are non-refundable.
Late arrivals: We’ll do our best within the remaining time. Sessions end at the scheduled time to respect all clients.
No-shows: Missed appointments without notice are not refundable, but one courtesy reschedule may be offered at my discretion.
Emergencies & illness: Life happens. Please contact me as soon as possible; I’ll consider case-by-case exceptions.
Workshops & events: Some events may have different cancellation windows due to venue or co-facilitator policies; those details will be listed on the event page.

Confidentiality Policy
Your privacy is central to our work together. I hold everything you share with care and discretion. Because I am a spiritual healing practitioner (not a licensed medical or mental health provider), I maintain strong confidentiality practices aligned with my scope of practice.
What is confidential:
Personal details, experiences, intentions, and insights shared in session
Notes I may keep to support your care
Your contact details and appointment information
When I may need to share information (exceptions):
I will only disclose information when ethically or legally required, such as:
Imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.
Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or dependent adult.
Court order or lawful subpoena.
Co-facilitation: If another practitioner is assisting, I may share minimum necessary information to support your care. Co-facilitators are bound by confidentiality.
Technology & data practices
Email/Text: Convenient but not perfectly secure. Please avoid sharing highly sensitive details over email or text.
Recordings: I do not record sessions unless we both consent
Storage: I store client records and contact information securely and limit access to authorized personnel only (often just me).
Third-party tools: Booking and payment are processed via trusted providers (e.g., SimplyBook.me/Stripe/PayPal). Your data may be handled under their privacy policies.
Not HIPAA-covered: I am not a HIPAA-covered entity. If you require HIPAA-level protections, please let me know so we can discuss options.
Your choices & rights
You may decline to answer any question at any time.
You may request to review, update, or delete information I hold, except where record-keeping is required by law or for legitimate business needs (e.g., transaction records).
You may request that I do not share your information with co-facilitators (which may affect how services are provided).

SB‑577 Information Sheet
Under California Senate Bill 577 (SB‑577), practitioners of complementary and alternative healing services (such as shamanic and energy healing) are required to disclose that they are not licensed medical doctors and that their services are not a substitute for licensed medical or psychological care.
